Shipping & Handling Times:

Due to COVID-19, we are noticing delayed transit times among all carriers. This includes overnight services which are otherwise very reliable, such as Fedex Express. Our normal handling time is 5-10 working days. If you need your jewelry to arrive for a specific date, please leave a note with your purchase, or contact us before or after your purchase and we will do our best to expedite it for you. 

Packaging & Insurance:

All of our shipments are packaged securely, with your jewelry individually boxed in high quality Freeman Jewelry gift boxes, wrapped in tissue, and then securely placed in a box or padded mailer. We always insure our shipments. However, please note that due to COVID-19, some carriers (especially USPS) are not collecting signatures at the moment. Once the shipment is marked delivered, with or without your signature, our insurance will no longer cover it. So please choose a secure delivery location, ship to your local USPS/Fedex/UPS location to Hold for Pickup, or use a relative or friend's home if you won't be available to receive it. We are happy to work with you on planning how to best receive it, even after an order is placed. Please contact us with any questions.

We offer free shipping for all orders in the USA over $999. For lower-value orders, we have discounted some shipping options below our costs to ensure you have a great selection. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping, at our cost and at our discretion. For example, if you have purchased a valuable piece of jewelry and chosen USPS express at checkout, we may upgrade your shipping to Fedex Express.

We offer complimentary Worldwide Express shipping for all International orders over $1999. For lower-value orders, we have discounted some shipping options below our costs to ensure you have a great selection. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping, at our cost and at our discretion. For example, if you have purchased a valuable piece and chosen USPS Priority Mail International, we may upgrade your shipping to Fedex Express. 

TAXES, FEES & IMPORT DUTIES:

Please note we must charge sales tax to shipping destinations in the states of Washington, California, and Kansas. For International destinations, you may have to pay import duty, VAT, fees, and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details. While we strive to be as helpful as possible, we are not responsible for quoting, paying, or refunding any external costs associated with your order (including customs fees, GST, VAT, and duties).
