Product Returns

We believe in old-school, small town customer service. Even today, most of our business comes from word of mouth. So in the rare occasion that you are not completely satisfied by your new jewelry, please do not hesitate to reach out via e-mail to hello@freemanjewelry.com so we can make it right.

Our return policy is as follows:

1. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition (unless the item is advertised as flawed, or sold in a “sample sale.”) If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us.

2. We also undertake to refund undamaged 'Ready to Ship' product purchased from us, so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase, or 15 days of receipt, whichever is longer (extra time allowances are understandable for International orders - please contact us if the return window has passed).

If undamaged goods are returned to us or exchanged, we do not refund any packing, postage, insurance, and import/export related costs (including customs fees and duties for orders outside the US). Return of undamaged goods is at your cost and risk. We do not accept returns for Gift Cards, rings that have been resized, or Custom or Made-to-Order pieces, including the Golden Snitch Ring Box and personalized Hogwarts Acceptance Letters.

3. Once you have notified us via e-mail that you wish to return any piece of jewelry, we will contact you to provide return instructions based on the item you purchased and your location, or request additional information if required.
